Former Trump Political Adviser Steve Bannon’s prison sentence is being delayed.
It's official: Steve Bannon will remain free while he appeals his conviction on two criminal contempt of Congress charges.

Judge Carl Nichols sentenced Bannon to 4 months behind bars but said he would "stay" the prison term if the Trump ally filed a "timely" appeal. pic.twitter.com/Co2gKo7cis
In a court filing Monday, Judge Carl Nichols said Bannon “is not likely to flee or pose a danger to the safety of any other person … Or the community if released.”
Last month, he was sentenced to four months of jail time as well as a $6,500 fine.

Bannon is to serve 4-months prison & make 13 monthly payments of $500 to pay a fine. He was indicted a year ago this week
