The enemy they want is Pindleskin who is waiting near the entrance D2R Ladder Items. The rate at which Pindleskin drops items was reduced however he's still given out some high-value treasure items. Take note that players who has a low life (less less than 1000) might get killed by Pindleskin in a few swings.

A chilly Highlands (Act 5)Although The world is mostly random however, one of the bosses always seems to be in the same place every time. Eldritch and his gang are normal super-unique characters that can be found just north of the waypoint every time, which makes him a dependable kill and the easiest to target.

It's not every class that is capable of winning the endgame, but everybody is able of taking on the frigid Highlands without difficulty. In Act 5 on higher difficulties it's virtually impossible to locate an area where immunity isn't scattered all over the areas, but the frigid Highlands is one area that is suitable for anyone to cultivate.

Worldstone Keep a.k.a. Baal Run (Act 5)Last but certainly not least, the well-known Baal Run.
